Philips Learning Summit 2020! 6月3日から3日間、毎年恒例のLearning Summitが今年は全セッションリモートで開催。社員の学びの場、部門を超えた情報共有の場を目的としたこのイベントは、全国から昨年の2,300人をはるかに超える4.640人の社員が参加しました！計22のプログラムは、ソフトスキル、製品について、ヘルステック市場の今や、マネジメントチームが自身のキャリアヒストリーを紹介するセッションなど、バラエティに富んだ自身のキャリアにおいても刺激をうけた3日間でした。また、コロナと向き合いビジネスを進めている社員のことも知り、この機会を通じて今だからこそ社員が一丸となってヘルステックの未来を創造することの大切さに改めて気付かされました。フィリップスの社員ストーリーはこちらhttps://lnkd.in/f64z6xaPhilips Japan Learning Week 2020! This year, under full remote basis, we had total 22 sessions and more than 4,640 participants from all over Japan. Sessions include about our products, solution initiatives and healthtech industry, and career history of our management teams which was one of the most popular sessions! Presenters are also employees across the business who have expert knowledge in their area. The story about our FSEs who are diligently going into hospitals every day to ensure Philips medical equipment is running smoothly, made me super proud of working at Philips. 新型コロナウイルスは重症例に目が行きがちですが、軽症者を重症化させないことも大変重要です。フィリップス・ジャパンは軽症者には遠隔問診、重症者には集中治療室の遠隔支援など、重症度に応じた機器やサービスの提供に引き続き全力で取り組んでいきます。#lifeatphilips

本日4月1日、私たちフィリップス・ジャパンは新たに35名の新卒新入社員を迎えることができました。昨今のコロナウイルスの影響から、入社式と研修はすべて日本全国の拠点をネットワークでつなぎ、リモート開催。弊社としても初の試みでしたが、システム不具合など特に大きな問題もなく1日目を終了することができました。参加者全員が物理的には離れていましたが、気持ちの上では全く距離を感じずとてもインタラクティブにコミュニケーションが取れました。写真はHiroyuki TsutsumiCEOの祝辞の様子。これから羽ばたく35名の新入社員達、フィリップスの未来、世界中の人々の健やかな生活を素晴らしいものにしてくれること、間違いなしです！（*集合写真は2019年夏に開催したイベントのものです）Today, 35 of freshers join Philips Japan.Our welcome ceremony and on boarding training were all on remote due to the corona impact. Although we were all physically away each other (all across Japan), we did not feel any emotional distance all day with the interactive conversation. We strongly believe that those 35 are the people who leads Philips Japan to No.1 Healthtech company and make people’s life better through meaningful innovation!!
