Instructions
Crack the eggs in a bowl, sprinkle some salt, and add it to the pan. Add the butter and set the pan over high heat.
Stir the egg mix continuously with the spatula. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the pan. Stir for about 30 seconds, take the pan off the heat and keep stirring. After 10 seconds place the pan over the heat again and repeat this process at least 3-4 times.
