THE OPPORTUNITYThe role of Senior Manager, Corporate Events and Experiences is a creative, focused, people-first

leader who will manage every aspect of global employee events at Chipotle from strategy to

execution, while developing and leading internal culture-driving projects and initiatives. This role

creates meaningful moments that engage and inspire employees, leading to world-class results.

What You'll DoCorporate Event Strategy & Execution - Develop the strategy for and lead the execution

of small to large-scale events and meetings, creating experiences that resonate with

attendees and drive the fulfillment of the company's purpose and Strategic Priorities.

Content Development - Create unique themes, breakthrough concepts and multimedia

content (text, web and video) for events and related logistics in partnership with cross functional teams and outside vendors.

Internal Liaison for Events & Meetings - Be the go-to events contact for senior leadership

as well as representatives from various teams and groups and through close collaboration

and an understanding of their objectives, create bespoke, engaging events and

experiences for targeted employees aligned to a streamlined, organized process.

Global Events Vendor Partnerships - Build, manage and leverage partner relationships to

deliver world-class experiences, find efficiencies and realize cost savings for the

organization.

Project Management - In addition to spearheading event-related projects, develop and

lead culture-driving programs aimed at making employees feel valued, respected and

included.

Innovate & Leverage Insights - Seek out the latest technology, stay on top of industry and

cultural trends/data and collect feedback to consistently deliver experiences that are

leading-edge, relevant and inspiring.

What You'll Bring To The TableBachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred

8-10 years of proven success in corporate event planning and project management

Experience Required.Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills along with a high degree of

detail-orientation required.

Ability to manage vendor relationships required.

Ability to quickly pivot and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure

required.

Willingness to travel up to 25% required.

PAY TRANSPARENCYA reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $129,000 - $179,000 You

are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors.
